The Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative will focus on entering sales orders with an intense focus on order accuracy and providing professional service to our customers.  The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will work with both French and English speaking customers and retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Enter all orders(including returns) within 24 hours of receipt
  • Answer inbound calls (from both French and English speaking customers)
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Work with the credit and warehouse teams to provide feedback to our customers regarding their orders
  • Process reports as requested
  • Work with our vendors or purchasing teams as required to ensure product is delivered on time to our customers expectation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bilingual - French/English required
  • Customer Service experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have a positive outlook and desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
