To provide effective support to the supply chain function.



  • Prepare documentation for UK, European and Worldwide shipments
  • Check all vendor freight invoices have been charged correctly
  • Respond to customer service enquiries in a proactive and timely manner
  • Liaise with freight company’s
  • Ensure all freight bookings have been made in liaison with 3rd Party DC
  • Work with Supply Chain team to ensure any intercompany goods are moved between warehouses in a timely manner
  • Providing cover for other members of the Logistics Team
  • Publish monthly reports for the Logistics Manager that measures the freight company’s performance against KPIs
  • Manage and resolve all outbound delivery failures, ensuring that a full root-cause analysis is completed and process improvements implemented to eliminate the possibility of similar failures occurring in the future
  • Provide a monthly failure report to Logistics Manager, highlighting all issues encountered during that month and what solutions were taken to resolve the issue both in the short term and in the long-term

To ensure returns are receipted on the system within a timely manner so that customers can receive credit notes within 10 working days of the return arriving back at the warehouse.

  • Ensure all agreed returns are expedited
  • Monitor the outstanding returns report and ensure that any exceptions are resolved within 10 working days, escalating the issue to Customer Service Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Manager where appropriate
  • Analyse and report on returns codes, investigating trends and inform the relevant sales team



  • Experience of UK transportation and consolidation
  • Experience of warehouse administration operations and delivery requirements
  • Fluent/Advanced in Spanish is mandatory
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Highly numerate
  • Experience of ERP and Warehouse management systems
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team and alone
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise long and short term objectives
  • Strategic mind-set with the ability to plan and adapt to changing business needs linked to our short and long term strategic plans
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and timing.
  • Diplomatic and able to negotiate solutions calmly and effectively
