JOB MISSION:

The Digital Experience Solutions Associate will manage the details of the execution of the roadmap for consumer digital experiences, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. This role will provide solution strategy expertise for the key digital technologies, providing recommendations and guidance to the global site management team in the evolution of the New Balance digital consumer experience.

 

Responsibilities

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for driving the business requirements development and implementation for new and innovative features, functions, technologies and experiences within our global ecommerce platform, providing solution strategy expertise to the global site management team
  • Coordinate initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle such as establishing a vision, designing, defining, developing, deploying and ongoing optimization of features and functionality
  • Develop a methodology for analyzing the adoption of existing technology platforms and use the analysis to improve our use of these platforms and tools
  • Create user documentation for new technologies and new features and enhancements and create and execute training to enable the business teams to full leverage the suite of tools and platforms

    • Other eCommerce technologies
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Self-directed with a bias towards growth industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 Years in the B2C eCommerce industry
