As the Senior Marketing Manager, Global Lifestyle you will drive a relevant and consistent global brand voice for one of the largest and most influential Lifestyle Footwear companies in the world. You will lead the strategic development and sell-in and sell-out strategies of all new Lifestyle products while working in partnership with Global Brand, Product, Channel Teams, and Regional Marketing leads to ensure integrated, timely and comprehensive global launches.
This role requires an individual with best-in-class communication skills to deliver innovative thinking across multiple seasons while working within a fast-paced go-to-market framework. Leading marketing across the whole Lifestyle category, including Classics, Sport Style, NB1, as well as MADE in USA & UK, your primary mandate will be to drive focus and deliver direction for how these categories work together and resonate with a growing, diverse New Balance consumer base.
Strong knowledge of the marketplace and understanding of the industry environment will be essential to identify and drive all future plans. This role will directly manage Agency partnerships and internal teams to develop assets and storytelling tools, with a strong emphasis on digital interactions & retail activation.
This role is an influential member of the Consumer Marketing team, working with Product & Merchandising to make strategic and tactical choices about how New Balance goes to market, and will track and analyze against KPIs, including sales and brand equity. The role requires being comfortable managing a minimum of 4 direct reports.
