To manage the Full Price Bricks & Mortar stores from order placement to end of season.
Weekly reporting on stock levels, best sellers and terminal stock. Including store performance and key focus stories.
Working with Allocators/Replen System to replenish all stores on a weekly basis maintaining stock levels by GBU and managing the transition between the seasons.
Managing the store option counts adjusting on a seasonal basis using sell out information and store layouts to maximise sales.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure deliveries into store are on time, in full and planned into the store considering store capacity and health and safety.
Support the Senior Merchandiser on the future season buy, including best seller reports category and style performance.
Produce seasonal performance reports on sell out, sales performance and KPI’s to feed back to the business.
Oversee the keying of forward Purchase orders into Aurora and perform reconciliations of future buys to ensure accuracy.
Working with Logistics to track stock in from the factories and ensure the stock is released to be sold, highlighting any problems with late arrivals or Launch sensitive product. Ensuring a close relationship the Logistics team to prioritize shipments and organise airfreight if needed.
Work with Marketing to ensure product availability for advertised launches and the marketing calendar is supported from a product point of view.
Working with the Store & Satellite Managers to identify trends, change product assortment and co-ordinate future launches/product intros.
Monitor sell through and make recommendations for Sale/Promotional periods.
Forecasting terminal stock to help with future season forecasting in the Factory Outlets.
Co-Ordinating with the FO team to move end of lines and terminal stock to the FO warehouse and direct store to store transfers.
Supporting the DTC team at busy periods and providing cover for the FO & Ecom team, including order cut offs, store openings and launches.
