The Senior Distribution Operations Analyst is a key member of the Operations team and is responsible for analyzing processes, DC capacity, inventory management, order fulfilment and developing analytical reporting for all NA Distribution facilities (multi-channel operations). The position will report to Director of Distribution Operations and make recommendations for key areas of operations. They must make reporting actionable and solution based. This position will translate department strategy into specific strategic roadmaps, KPI’s and metrics for measuring progress, productivity, service and cost. Additionally they will produce reporting and data analysis that enables management to take action on findings and recommendations. The Senior Operations Analyst will be assigned a lead role on key projects as they are developed. They will ensure all assigned projects are completed on schedule and meet expectations of the various stakeholders. They will provide reporting of daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and Scorecards for Distribution Management. The Operations Analyst must possess and demonstrate strong analytical acumen, teamwork, project/program lead skills and excellent communication.
