As a Designer I- Men's Performance Apparel, you will be responsible for designing products that meet the category and overall brand creative direction.



  • Creates Illustrator generated artwork of new designs to evaluate styling, color, & design combinations. Works closely with product marketing and development to choose materials. Creates top sheets/colorway pages, technical sketch details for the development team to utilize in expediting apparel tech/spec packages.
  • Prepare and deliver effective design presentations (visually and verbally) that sell ideas effectively.
  • Work with lead designers/design managers to ensure consistency across footwear and apparel.
  • Participates in creative vision during off sites and other design events
  • Generate multiple design concepts and creative use of colors, styling, materials/trim selection and new product technologies.
  • Display a growing understanding of market knowledge, manufacturability & the technical styling of performance apparel. Experienced in cost associations regarding margin, materials, styling, and material minimums. Gains a growing understanding of industry directions.  Applies new technology into current projects.
  • Delivers presentations that sell ideas effectively. Assimilates constructive feedback with advanced active listening skills.
  • Identify problems and work with team to investigate and analyze issues as they arise.



  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in performance apparel.
  • BA in Apparel Design, and/or Fashion design or related area.
  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino/3D a plus.
  • Occasional travel on development trips and trend and research trips.
